3. Estimates and Payments

• Estimates: The initial estimate provided is based on the Customer’s stated requirements and is subject to change if additional services are requested or discrepancies arise.
• Payments: Full payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or other accepted methods.
• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your moving date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to avoid penalties.
• Failure to cancel within the specified period may result in a cancellation fee equal to the deposit or 20% of the total service cost.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Packing: The Customer is responsible for ensuring all items are packed securely unless packing services are explicitly requested.
• Valuables: The Company is not liable for the loss or damage of valuables such as jewelry, cash, or important documents unless specifically declared and agreed upon in writing.
• Access: The Customer must ensure clear access to all pickup and delivery locations. Delays caused by lack of access may result in additional charges.

6. Liability and Damages

• Standard Liability: The Company’s liability for loss or damage is limited to $0.60 per pound per item unless additional insurance is purchased.
• Excluded Items: The Company is not liable for damages to items of extraordinary value, improperly packed items, or items not disclosed during the estimate process.
• Force Majeure: The Company is not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond its control, including weather, accidents, or natural disasters.

7. Storage Terms

• Storage Fees: Storage fees are charged on a monthly basis and must be paid in advance.
• Access: Customers may access stored items by appointment only.
• Non-Payment: Failure to pay storage fees for 90 days may result in the disposal or sale of stored items to recover costs.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the jurisdiction of Clewiston, FL, as governed by state and federal laws.

9. Prohibited Items

The Company will not transport or store the following items:

• Explosives, firearms, or hazardous materials.
• Perishable food or plants.
• Illegal substances or contraband.
